Outline
Here is a unique opportunity to come together with leading experts to uncover some key insights in the methods used for teaching performance measurement and management. The day will be structured for an academic audience and will be devoted to ideas about how to teach performance measurement to MBA students and/or on Executive Programmes.
The workshop will incorporate a combination of illustrations and exercises, as well as a chance to experience the materials. At the end of the day you will take away practical ideas and tips on how to improve your teaching of performance measurement/ management.
This workshop will also offer the chance to share your ideas and suggestions (i.e. things that you do that work well). Additionally, if you want to offer ideas or contributions to the day please send them to Andy Neely in advance of the day to andy.neely@eng.cam.ac.uk.

The workshop will take place on 12 May 2011 from 10:00am - 4:00pm. It will be held at the Institute for Manufacturing, University of Cambridge, 17 Charles Babbage Road, Cambridge, CB3 0FS. The fee for attending is £145, which will include refreshments and lunch.
