Performance Management – The Gap between Vision and Reality

An invitation to a one-day workshop in Düsseldorf, Germany.  Performance management stands for goal oriented leadership. But, not everywhere does the content match its label. The ControllersXchange™ 2011 invites as interdisciplinary workshop experts and leaders from the areas of control, performance management, finance, human resources, strategy, risk, governance and compliance.

Rather than another set of powerpoints, the workshop provides facilitated discussions with experts on the following topics:
• Performance Measurement: Challenges and concepts that work
• Controlling systems: Opportunities and solutions in practice
• Implementation: Hurdles and results
• Business Performance Management: Planning ,Budgeting and Performance Reviews
• Individual Performance Management: Myth MbO and alternatives
• Infrastructure: How to integrate the individual and the institutional performance management

This is a collaboration of the XING Xpert Ambassador Group Controlling and the PMA Performance Measurement and Management Association – the German- Chapter.
