Call for Papers (now closed for the submission of abstracts)

Broad themes have been identified for the conference. Although these are not exclusive, submissions which strive to tackle these areas have been encouraged.

Decisions regarding paper acceptance are based on the recommendations of a double blind review process, although the Conference Officers will make the final decision. All submissions must be original, not presented at other conferences, published or under publication elsewhere. Acceptance will be based on the quality, methodological rigor and relevance to the central themes of the Conference. 

Conference Publications

Academic Research Stream - Accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a full paper (10 pages) by 15 May 2012. All accepted full papers will be included in the electronic Conference Proceedings.

Full papers should be submitted in English in MS Word format by 15 May 2012. Papers must not exceed 10 pages. Your full paper should be submitted electronically to Joanne Griffiths at the Institute for Manufacturing (IfM).

Papers are accepted on the understanding that the manuscript is an original work and has not been copyrighted, published, or accepted for presentation at any other conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must register, attend the conference, and present the paper.
