I think it was mentioned in the PM newsletter about Kaplans "Appeal to Authority" and the Balanced Scorecard.

The good thing about hierarchies is that inspiration can be quantified somewhat, whereas in more distributed
organizations it is more chaotic. That's my interpretation. People make decisions on social proof.

I was inspired by Xenia Von Sachsen Prinzessin Von Sachsen Herzogin zu Sachsen and wrote some poems for her.
This one is incomplete.

Somehow it rhymes in English and German.

I kissed a princess once in dreams I see;
But the prince was against it for all to see;
And touching her heart was a .... cause;
Constantly fleeting, just because;
I hesitated to enter and she bid adieu;
Continuity, charm to you and you;
But it's allright, I treasure the chance;
To write her love couplets, seeking her dance;

Kussen ich eine prinzessin;
Von traum meiner in;
Aber prinz gegen;
In alle sehen;
Tastsinn eine herzebrechend;
Is ein verloren verursichen;
Sie standig fluchtig;
Weil gerade genug;
