A time served precision engineer with 20years experience of WCM / Lean application in manufacturing across Europe from Shop-floor to board-room dealing with Strategy, Structure, Systems & Sustainability. Concurrently 10 years studying Psychology, Theology, Philosophy, Manufacturing History / General History & latterly Neuroscience. Concurrently 8 years developing psychologically robust models that compliment 'Lean' and business best-practice to ensure an holistic and balanced approach can be taken toward change and performance as a socio-technical system.

In Application; My models have helped companies, historically making a loss over extended periods, consistently profitable (e.g. Case-Study1: Automotive Tier1 mid-recesion. Case Study 2: Exclusive Joinery Company). This has been achieved by teaching psychological and Neurological principles to overtly address mindset & the often fragmented worldview in Leadership teams.
